The central location is a major plus, with easy access to public transit. We enjoyed the spacious room with a stunning view of the Hollywood sign—a nice touch for my brother’s graduation trip. navigating the hotel’s layout was confusing, and signage was lacking. Valet parking at $49/night seemed steep, especially given wait times. Breakfast in the lobby cafe exceeded expectations, but room service was frustratingly slow to provide a menu. In summary, a solid experience hampered by some operational inefficiencies. Would remain open to returning.

Such great experience there. The hotel was spacious, and the meals were excellent, I liked the best possible location not far from shopping centre and Grand Central Market, theaters and shops. The onsite bar was nice and the staff were courteous.

The city view added charm. access to housekeeping was a challenge; I had to request basic essentials multiple times. The phone in the room stopped working, which was inconvenient. Despite the modern features like USB sockets, the layout was confusing to navigate. Valet parking felt overpriced and was an unexpected hassle. Staff interaction varied; some were warm, while others seemed overwhelmed.

I had a rough night; the room keys never worked, not even the digital ones. Plus, the noise from the elevator and lack of privacy made it impossible to relax. Had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. Total bummer.
